Looking for any family descendants of Richard Prescott, born in Hindley on June 4th 1889 to Nicholas & Alice Prescott. Richard married Jane Tinsley on Sept. 1st 1917 at St. Peters Church , Hindley . Jane was born in 1887 and was the daughter of James Tinsley ( blacksmith) of 10, Yarrow St. Hindley. Richard lived at 115, Liverpool Road Hindley prior to marriage. The family may have moved away to Port Sunlight, for a better working life and may have had a son Claude Prescott.
