Wigan Genealogy

I am tracing the lineage of the family through from my branch of the family, based in Bradford but now scattered around the country. The link to Wigan I have is a copy of my Great Grand Father's Birth Certificate. He was Ralph Cunliffe born 5th Dec 1848, his parents were George & Ann Cunliffe (nee Riley), at the time they gave the address of - The Wigan Arms, Hardybutts, Wigan although George's occupation is shown as Miner.
