Wigan Genealogy

Does anyone remember anything of Isaac BARTON born in Pemberton 1880, the son of Isaac BARTON and Ellen JOHNSON. Isaac (the younger) ran Manor House Farm, Pemberton at least as late as 1929 or maybe even later. I think this was the property also known as Dukes Farm (or Barn). It was at the bottom of Brook Lane, near the Railway House. Manor House Farm was 2 dwellings which were at one time, one larger house. Isaac had at least a couple of sons born sometime between 1900 and 1915 as my mum who's still living, remembers them. Can anyone tell me anything about this family or the farm? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
