Thomas Frederick Barker is my 2nd great grandfather born in Wigan in 1865. He passed away in Wigan in 1929. He married my 2x great grandmother Sarah Ellen Shannon and I beleive had 4 children with her. My great grandfather, Richard being one of them. What I cannot find is Thomas' parents. I believe them to be William Barker and Mary Ann Hurst. However I'm not sure. Any help at all would be most welcome. Thank you.
