Wigan Genealogy

I am looking for information on Ellen Prescott b. St Helens 1823. She had a son John b. 1843(St Helens) d 1919 (Hindley). She had John 3yrs b4 she married Thomas Baines from Haydock in 1846.John remained a Prescott he did not take Baines as his surname as his mum did. Any info on the death of Ellen and birth/death of Ellens parents would be appreciated.
