Wigan Genealogy

This name was in my mothers old family birthday book,with a birth date of June 25 1833, born 21 mile underground, Wigan, UK. I don't know if he was related to mother,but I assume so. Any info. with regards to spouse or family would be appreciated. My grandfather came from Manchester late 1800's. Surname TINDALL. regards Terry.
