CHALLINOR, Hugh - 1925

My ggrandad Hugh Challinor lived at 111, Lily lane Bamfurlong and died on the 14th April 1925 he was a blacksmith at the colliery (surface)does anyone know of him or the accident that took his life? he fell down the stairs and died in the Royal Albert Edward infirmary.
