Wigan Genealogy

Hello: I am searching for family of Thomas and Hannah Neil who immigrated from Ireland to Wigan between 1878 and 1882. They lived at 15 Russell St. in Wigan and had 7 children. Thomas and Hannah are my great grandparents. The childrens names are Mary (who was born in Ireland), Thomas, Stephen (who was my grandfather), John, Ellen, Walter and James and they ranged in age from 4 to 23 in the 1901 census. Stephen married Annie Elizabeth (no last name) in January, February or March of 1903. If any of these names sound familiar to anyone please contact me.
