Wigan Genealogy

Looking for information on the surname JAMESON. I have a Margaret JAMESON b. 14 September 1779 (I'm unsure of where Margaret was born although it could be Ashton-in-Makerfield as this is where she died and this is where her husband was from). Margaret married a Joseph DOWNALL on 15 Aug 1802 in St. Thomas', Ashton-in-Makerfield. Margaret died in Downall Green c. 1836. Any information on Margaret and her parents would be wonderful.
