DARBYSHIRE, Diana/Dinah - c1870

Looking for info on Thomas Lowe/Rosbotham and Diana/Dinah Derbyshire/Darbyshire/Lowe/Rosbotham who had a son called Joseph Lowe/Rosbotham in 1885.
Joseph Rosbotham married in 1913 and his home address is listed as 1 Frederick St, Wigan. This address does not appear to exist in the 1901 Census (although even numbers upto 20 do!)
I believe there was possibly a name change involved from Lowe to Rosbotham although I am unsure of any date prior to 1913.
