Under Construction

Once completed part of it will be for staff parking and this then will revert the car park in Wigan back to the council.
What now Ozy? What now for the terrible trio at the top?
Colin has recently declared his displeasure with the situation, Dennis seems to have disappeared into the back woods of darkest Aspull and your mate Mick is running riot. Now is your chance Ozy. Strike a blow for the downtrodden masses. Raise the proud flag of freedom over your ex air raid shelter and strike while the iron is hot!
Be in no doubt Ozy I will be right behind you, (I reckon twenty or thirty yards behind should be safe enough)
Strike a blow for the downtrodden masses Ozy and send in your best photo.
Power to the people! Freedom, FREEDOM!
Ee, bye eck! I’m proper tired after that. I think I’ll get mi yed dean fer an hour.
I was chatting to a nurse who was sat on the hospital wall having her vape break, and she said they expect Wigan beggers and rough sleepers to move into this new carpark.
And she said the hospital area is an ideal place to be asking hospital visitors for money, because they are vulnerable.
I’m sure that those who live around there whose houses back onto this multi storey car park are delighted at the prospect.
No doubt exorbitant fees will be charged, extorting money out of folk who have no parking alternative when visiting friends and relatives.
I wouldn’t be surprised if one day they actually charge visitors at the door to get in.
Calm down and relax DTease, you're going to blow a hole in your socks, have a few whiffs of the Entonox, and join in with the Tai Chi on the Rec' at Shevy at 2:30pm, as today they're later doing another cookery lesson, Number 3c., The boiling and the peeling of cockroaches, for use on vegan kebabs.
Cyril, you shouldn't talk to Mrs DTease like that.
Ozy, have you sobered up now? I thought you would like this photo with your peephole showing in the hedge.
Colin, they have an excellent bus service that drops people off at the hospital.
Too true Mick, I pass it nearly every other day on the Wigan/Chorley/Wigan bus, excellent service every 20 minutes. I was thinking of those not so fortunate or not in the know. I used to be conditioned to jumping in the car for the shortest of journeys, now I can’t believe I ever did that.
It's awful that folk using the car park will be asked to pay. After all, car parks cost nowt to build.
Oh, wait...
And if you are staff, finishing a shift at, say 2am, the 'regular' bus service is, well, not so regular.
