If anyone should believe this pad, they are an April fool, but I can't see many.

Hope it comes of, you’d be able to see the Blarney Sone in Ireland from that tower.

Last year I put a post up ‘New Leisure Complex’ and many thought that was an April Fools joke but it was true.
Good idea though, you never know some wealthy philanthropist might pick up on it and make it a reality.

I think it true, just read it in The Sun.

It so good when you can kid people, then at the end of the day tell them it's April fool. But not this one, it's just over the top and never ever happen in a million years.

It's Tuesday in the part of Wigan where I live.
This is all a fake news. The building work on the Wigan lane gatehouse and a new electric tractor-trailer and Bee buses turning area is well underway.

Good try Colin…I would rather be in a cable car over the Austrian/ Italian Mountains. Only done it once but you can get a taste for it…but not in that locality.

Colin you'd have been better saying Mick has gone to the Moon and will be back on Christmas eve.

Mick, I think it had something to do with winding the clocks forward, that’s my excuse.
When you get to a certain age you rarely know what day it is, let alone what year it is!

Just drove back from Wigan and there’s a BBC camera crew filming all the protesters at The top of Coppull Lane chanting ‘No to the cable car and No to the car park’.

Oh! That’s bad luck Maureen I hope you are coping whichever arm it is. Bones are more fragile the older we get. Hopefully it will get better soon. At least you can still get about... Your gardening will be on hold though…..I’ve been out all afternoon there’s always something to do at this time of the year.

Ah, .but of course, its the 1st of April. The day when people choose to question everything they read and see both in the media and on the internet. Its a great pity such caution is not exercised on the remaining 364 days of the year.
