So this is how they do it, I've never seen a Graffiti Artist at work before.

Certainly no great artist..more of a dauber and looks old enough to know better.

Crime Watch, caught in the act!

To be honest, I think some of the graffiti artists are actually very talented,, (I don't mean the ones who just daub the name of a football team....I mean the ones who do bright colourful images). As long as they are not defacing public buildings or using foul language, (my pet hate), on their paintings, they don't bother me. If fact, they brighten up many an old wall or fence.

What a revolting mess. Any ex pats looking in at today’s photo will be mightily disappointed.
What have we come to…he needs to find a job then there would be no time for these graffiti idiots.

Helen , did you see the graffiti when Robbie sailed into Birmingham?

Comment by: biffo on 30th November 2024 at 14:33

done a grand job spray painting your front bike forks, but why waste the rest painting squares on a scrapyard fence panel, unless you have become a 'cubist' artist? could do with spraying your legs too, American Tan would be cool with those pumps!

Yes we did Mark....I remember a journey we did by rail in Germany, graffiti all along fences, buildings, walls...anything and everything was covered. Quite a shock as I didnt the German people were the sort to deface property.

I was disappointed to see all the graffiti in Barcelona, especially as it has so much great architecture

If you want to see some artistic graffiti, have a look at Banksy's Tunnel, Leake Street in London.

Same in Italy especially near the Roman ruins.

Showing your age there Dave .

But rather than judge the lad out of hand , why not wait to see the finished product .

He could well turn out to be another
Michaelangelo …

… more likely another Benny I should imagine , but who knows ?

Bennyangelo wus here? Outstanding tag that is.

Comment by: Veronica on 1st December 2024 at 12:58

Or could it be Benito Muckyleeno?
He loved building monuments and working in the fields like the peasants just showing his muscles off…all pretence of course…;o))
