I would have thought it better to focus on the subject, the bear & totem pole rather than the street furniture etc in the background...just a thought.

Yes I think it would've been Mick, as 90% wouldn't have known where the heck it was this taken, how do you find them

I must of drove past this a thousand times and never noticed it but with driving I have a tendency to concentrate on the road and traffic as I approach the mini island. Next time I am in the area will try to glance across to it. I do try to see all round me when driving but do miss things what you could see has a passenger .or if I had one a push iron

Yes this is very busy photo. My eyes
are darting from one thing to another! I recognise the petrol station though. Not far from Gidlow Cemetery…

I found it easy to pinpoint the location owing to the background street furniture etc.

They are still making a fortune out of the motorist with the price of fuel!!

An apt place for a figure of a Boar and nicely sculpted too and the the old tree trunk is intricately carved they must be handy with their hands and also a chainsaw. I think I too would have a front garden like that with plenty of high plants to block off that really awful sign, the Fatsia looks nice with lots of blooms though in time the Monkey Puzzle will outgrow that space, though it will stop snoopers from the top deck of buses looking in.

However far you travel ,
the heart will always be ,it rests there in the always ,
no matter fly we see ,
For we , we have an own ness , a thing where I am from ,
For the from is what we need ,
and the rest we look upon ..

Yes Veronica and Anne it's Wigan Road Standish, at the Boars Head roundabout

I think it is a good picture.

I think it's a good picture too but I consider my best ones to be of the Shevington and Appley Bridge areas as they make a good photograph..
