Plenty of berries on that bush and there needs to be because a blackbird can only survive about 3 days without eating

I'm no expert as well but to be honest this photo is a pleasant Wigan winter scene.
Now if that blackbird was stood on the fence post and not part hidden it might have been of Christmas card quality.
