This garden looks like its been created by some of the local residents so well done to them, it would be nice if more Wigan communities took pride in there areas and did the same.
Up here where I live all our spare bits of land have already been planted up with beautiful flowers and now the village regularly wins competitions because of it.

Maureen If you go down the lower part of Gidlow Lane past The Bird i'th Hand pub (the henhole) and the car wash towards Frog Lane , Lower St Stephens St branches off to the right from Gidlow Lane and itself goes through to meet Frog Lane. Ignore the sarcasm from Poirot.
