Dedimus Asadedparrotimus
I’ll grant you it’s not up to Dave Oy standard but, it’s the only bird that doesn’t fly away when I get my camera out!
Photo: Dennis Seddon (Sony DSC-WX500)
It looks like a corn on the cob
We have two budgies in a cage and we also have two budgies which sit on the welsh dresser. The parrot looks a bit like the two budgieson the dresser latin name Atinimus Budgerus
Remarkable bird the Norwegian Blue , beautiful plumage . Looks like he's just resting Dennis .
I Wonder what Sparrow Hawk would think of Waximus Parrotimus it's a miracle it's still clinging to its perch.
He’s not resting Poet, he’s dead, dead, defunct, departed, no longer with us and popped of his clogs. He’s gone to a better place.
Well it doesn't look real to me.
He's only short of Long John Silver, oh arrrr!
I was fooled for a minute there Dennis...should have gone to Spec Savers !
"This parrot is no more! He has ceased to be! 'E's expired and gone to meet 'is maker! 'E's a stiff! Bereft of life, 'e rests in peace! If you hadn't nailed 'im to the perch 'e'd be pushing up the daisies! 'Is metabolic processes are now 'istory! 'E's off the twig! 'E's kicked the bucket, 'e's shuffled off 'is mortal coil, run down the curtain and joined the bleedin' choir invisible!! THIS IS AN EX-PARROT!!"
" To be or not to be thats is the question". - It never was !
Dave, to people of a certain age Monty Python will never die! Long live the parrot sketch!!
Friends , have a look at the Fish Slapping Dance on You Tube . 24 seconds of utter genius that will make you laugh till it hurts . I guarantee you will watch it over and over again . Python forever .
Oh you guys have made me chuckle with your brilliant comments, thank you, I needed that!
I agree Gill, makes life a little lighter. When I first saw the photo, I nearly put, he is so still, he looks artificial!!!
That's another cracker Edna ;0))
A white man walks into a bar in Africa, with a parrot
on his shoulder.
"Where did you get him from"? asks the landlord.
"England, mate, there's millions of 'em"! says the parrot.
Ha......ha......???? Don't follow James Hanson.
Arthur, is that an instruction?
