He'll/she'll be looking for a mate at this time of year. Nice pic, Terence.

Just looked out of the window and can see two of my frogs making out, it must be spring.

I assume that's adult frogs feeling frisky? My son has a very noisy pond. Saw lots of frog spawn when out this week.

A lovely photo, a taste of Spring and a reminder of singing in primary school music lessons: "Froggy went a-courting and he did ride, mmm mmm". Do people still say "courting"?

Aye, a feeling of Spring has certainly been around this week, but next week it's forecast to be wet and very cold with winds from frozen Canada, so dig your woollies out again.

Goggle eyed scuba diver Frog
Pops up from his mud green never dry world,
Bubbling in the ink green glaze
Of the tadpole scribbled pond.
An Edwardian swimmer (though more mechanical than elegant)
Pushes the water behind him like a clockwork toy.
Athletic lily pad leaping frog!
Glistening in the sun,
Fosbury flopping around, splashing diamond
Droplets and rings in your offers of marriage.
You are all heartbeat and breath,
Your Dizzy Gillespie cheeks puffing gently.

hello Kermit ready for spring

The cold winds aren't coming down as far south as originally thought with the low front staying put, so staying mild for the week ahead, so the frogs shall be carrying on croaking.
