My wife loves seeing horses loose in the fields.During the summer most are hidden behind hedge rows and in the winter months the horses are covered in blankets or put in stables. There are about 40 in the fields near RAF Woodvale.

Great shot, Terence.

Peaceful and moody at the same time.

I always wonder what they are 'thinking' about. It's a lovely misty scene.
'All for one ... One for all'! They look as if they get on very well.

They are thinking of summer and fresh green grass.

Far from the madding crowd, they look well contented with their lot.
Nicely captured Terence.

Im still sat here wondering is there 3 or 4 horses on the photo, I can see some horse hair above the hedge but cant make up my mind is it the horses tail or is it another horses head hair being flicked

Unless it's a pantomime horse Mick... It does look a bit long ! ;0))
They are gorgeous horses though..

Mick, it's a council road sweeper's brush, you know, the ones that only Alan keeps seeing.

Great equestrian photo.
I wonder if they drink in The Nag's Head ;-)
