Ephemeral and saying little if anything. Warhol's" Famous for 15 minutes" comes to mind. Proper painters don't stencil would be my own slogan. I find the scoured plaster more interesting.

It seems to be ok to put graffiti on a wall if it looks like a "Banksy".
In truth it is total rubbish and only admired by the feeble minded.

I hate graffiti with a passion. Seen this on the derelict pub building (seen the same stencil in a few other places too around Wigan). Graffiti has been declining over the years, thankfully. I agree with TommyT - admired by the feeble minded comment. When it occurs in my locale, I get on to the council.
