Are these to become bars/restaurants etc? Look to be smarter than what was.
There's always been some sort of shops in the old railway arches, fishers carpets was there.
I was told the middle one is going to a Ann Summers erotic lingerie shop
Erotic Lingery! in Wigan's climate? I think the good ladies of Wigan should stick to their traditional woolly vests and long winter drawers. There's too many cowd draughts in Wigan for erotic lingery!
I heard it was going to be an automatic laundry shop in summer.

Irene, Veronica, I bet you will know this. What did ETBs stand for? I know what they were but what did the letters ETB stand for?
Have googled the letters and can only come up with Educational Traning Boards! Somehow I don't think that's right Dtease....the mind boggles.

Irene, Veronica, I'm told that it stood for Elasticated Tops and Bottoms. Better known by the women who served in the Services during the war as "Passion Killers"
We 're not that old Dtease but I have heard of 'passion killers'! And can remember the days before 'tights' just about!
