Photo-a-Day (Tuesday, 27th October, 2015)
River Douglas
You certainly get some good shots Ron. Lovely.
Wonderful photograph, but surely it's fall by now in England. The leaves wouldn't still be green, would they
What an absolutely beautiful shot Ron...I love it.
Derek Platt it is Autumn in Wigan now and your right the leaves have changed colour.
But Ron might have sent this photo in a few weeks ago and its been in the queue, and as been held up by Photo a Day queue jumpers.
My favourite part of the woods - not far from 'The Puzzlers'
An amazing 3D effect.
Mick. I guess what goes around comes around.
Thank you Mick, I thought my comments would get some response. Also I should have said Autumn and not fall. I've been in Canada too long.
Derek, although "fall" is now regarded as an "Americanism" it was the usual term used in England and then taken to North America by settlers. "Autumn" did not gain prominence in England until the 18th century.
