The Red Lion is at the bottom of Ladies Lane in Hindley, not Hindley Green.

Sad to see the demise of the Red Lion.Was one of the best pubs in Hindley in the 50s 60s and early 70s.Packed every night couldnt get on 5s and 3s table.Its demise has been coming for 15-20 yrs had umpteen Landlords/Managers ried everything food Guest beers the lot,Gone the way of many pubs round here god knows what it will be like in 20 yrs
