Looks like it might be the Scholes area. By the way Ernest I do have search engines but I'm just involving people, and I realised I go past ivy mount on my way to Aspull when I stay with my brother

It's just a photo of traffic in the dark?

Comment by: kath Pressey on 13th August 2013 at 06:57

I've walked down that road many a time.I love those heavy clouds, but no lights on in the flats!

Comment by: Garry on 13th August 2013 at 07:56

No street lights aswell, Kath..another one been doctored...why can't we take photos of how it's seen, what you see is what you get! none of this show off fancy stuff. Sometime i think it's not about the scenes it's about themselves.

Garry - completely wrong! No doctoring or flashy stuff. Just straight photo of what was a stunning sunset. Its not about me, it was sent to WW in the interest of sharing. However, with daft comments like yours i wonder why i bother!

Apologies to Andrew. I just thought it had been tampered with..sorry.

You see some photo's with tampered moody skys and colours alterations etc.

Nice shot andrew

Great night shot, I think some folk are blind. The flats with no lights on are black, the street lights are on just look at the top of the one on the right.

Thanks, Andrew! Please keep on doing this, there are many of us, ex-pat in particular, who get a great deal of pleasure from your, and others who are "doers", work. Just ignore the whiners!
