That's intricately carved and getting very eroded too, wonder if there will be craftsmen around who will be able to carve stone like this when it needs to be replaced, anyone know what it has got in its mouth - rat or a mouse maybe.

I am so pleased people like Andrew are about with their cameras clicking around, it's photos like these of churches and other important building that are decading and should make the Council wake up to the idea and get them restored...before its too late.
