Not having been in Wigan since 1994 I don't remember seeing this building. It must be fairly new, looks like they just took the plastic off! Can't say I like the style of it, but then again for what it is used for it's not meant to be pretty and inviting??

Born in Wigan, left in 1983.Used to drive to fast , always got caught! visited the old building several times. Seems a shame not to use this one!
