Peter Bernard interviewed rehearsing for his latest TV production is quoted as saying, "I would like to thank all my fans and friends who have supported me throughout the years, retained faith in me, through hard times and without whom I would still be 'Bernard Who'. Please accept my heart felt thanks."
Hey - I recognise this guy - he went to St Mary's school - he's quite dishy.
Yeah he lived near me in Goose Green when he was a lad.
Hi Harry. I lived in that neck of the woods. I recognise this mons face. Where exactly did he live in Goose Green.
Bernard Dowdall lived in Goose Green. I think it was one of them streets off Duke Street, Brook Street or Knowles Ave.
You are my funny Valentine Bernard. Lots of love.

What an amazing surprise to find your website Bernard! Had no idea that you had taken to the stage. (Woodhouse is totally gobsmacked!)Where are you these days?
I lived in Canada for about 16 years and returned to the UK in 2001 and now live happily retired at Up Holland - Email ron@wiganworld,co.uk and he will pass on my details. It would be great if we could meet up again some time and catch up on all the gossip.

Used to work with Bernard at Wigan Housing, didn't know he was actor.

Well done Bernard. Didnt know you had it in you.
Good looking lad Bernard, they called him Curly at school.
I saw Bernards performance as the Russian gangster Eric Ruben. He was very good.
Rock on Bernie!
Yes Bunty I do agree. Peter Bernards performance as Eric Ruben was stunning. I hope we see lot more of this fine actor in the near future.
bernie I watched your ganster picture too and I thought you was just great and I love ya.
Like all his school mates I have spoken to recently, I was surprised to hear about Bernards acting talent coming to the fore. But I do remember his passion at school for TV programmes and actors. Yes Bernard always had a theatrical side to his character and an artisitic side to his nature but I didnt think that one day he would be famous.
