New Defibrillator

New Defibrillator
New Defibrillator in Wigan.
I also noticed that the Wigan council has held off putting up hanging baskets this year because of all the dry weather we have been experiencing.
Well done to Wigan council for not wasting our money.

Perhaps some ingenious watering can device could be employed .

These new Telephone/Defibrillator are so easy to use and are great to have in our town, they should save lots of lives.

I don't know the procedure in the town centre but we usually have hanging baskets on the little car park near our house in Abram but the council only install them about July and the council workers water them using a cherry picker. Maybe they just haven't been put up in Wigan yet.

No flowering hanging baskets this year in the town centre, because the money was wasted paying someone to come up with 'Fettlers'. the name of the new market arcade. Strange really, because though it will be newly built, it will also appear to look just like the Marketgate arcade that was demolished to make way for it.
We all know the town's slogan, Wigan, 'Believe' - in Chicken!

Not only no plants in hanging baskets or the planters, but also no pigeons, they were always to be seen in Market Place.
Maybe Wetherspoons staff have been out and about at night, and bagging the pigeons for their poultry pies and gizzard gravy.

Hopefully the defibrillator won't be used, but if a need for one ever does arise, then it is there ready for use.
