Will Haigh Hall ever be the same again, I'm worried if Wigan Council is involved.
That's a fair amount of scaffolding
I saw Will Haigh in ' The Goose Steps Out ' .
Maybe he cant find his way out of there, remember the Krypton Factor, imagine trying to assemble a scaffolding maze puzzle like that, and in 10 minutes.
Oh give me land, lots of land under starry skies above....Don't fence me in!
Will this be the much promised total renovation or will they run out of money again and demolish the Hall as they are doing with 50% of Wigan Town Centre?

Health & Safety Standards! Standardisation in the field of safety and health at work; with the understanding that it is 2023 and not 1923.
It must have cost a pretty penny just to erect that scaffolding - and, it is going to be another great cost to take the scaffolding down if it hasn't already been paid for.
Amazing that you can do any work on the building with all that scaffolding.
By the way, the guy might be inspecting the scaffolding.

Actually scaffolding to my mind is a ‘work of art’… by its self.
