Nice pic Mick. Like the new leafy green trees, a pleasant place to sit & contemplate life & the world in general.....such as it is.
That’s a thoughtful idea. It’s a long walk from Greenough St to walk to Haigh Hall as I remember years ago.
Always a great place to walk in Haigh Plantations. The aroma of the trees in blossom, Warm weather and the birds singing, what more do we want.
I suspect these are the benches missing from standishgate.There were nine-now there are only two.
Sat on this a week or 2 back, had forgotten how uphill it is from the plantation gates to the hall
That sign for Red Rock is STILL pointing in the wrong direction.
Winter has , so just as much ,
