Charlie Three
He needed access for a long time didn't he?
On the postbox near Spar, Aspull.

Somebody has had some patience to knit that. Probably enjoyed doing it though…. Especially fashioning those lugs! . I missed the Coronation due to being on holidays but I’m sure I’ll see some repeats.
Zadok the Post??
Love these on post boxes they are a nice touch and make people happy. Wing nut could have done with a smiley face.
I didn't watch the coronation but well done to the ladies who have done all the knitting and crocheting which adorned the tops of pillar-boxes during Covid, Christmas-time etc. to cheer up our villages.
I hear he'll not be wearing that crown on the stamps .
That was lovely and very kind of the person who took time to make it.
He's had his ears pinned back years ago.
What is the sign about and why do they not know how to spell access.
Strange no one has put a pie on his head, though they're probably too costly now to waste on a jape. It's very good how folks use their talents to knit or crochet these wonderfully made themed pillar box hats that are up, down and around the Borough, they do raise a smile when doing an everyday chore. I've no idea as to why folks have to poke fun at someone's ears or any other facial or bodily feature, that they deem different from their concept of normal.
Probably the person who lives next to the shop Owd Reekie, folks do buy houses such as next to a shop and then complain when folks in vehicles stop at the front to use the shops, didn't they realise when viewing or before they bought the house as folks would be parking up and going to the shop.
That looks lovely Dennis, thank you for photo. That has took some patience to do as well.
