Lovely photo Dennis, nice quiet spot, I only hope teenagers don't congregate and cause vandalism . I'm not negative but a realalist.

Looks to be an unfinished project. Rather desolate at the moment, maybe better later with growth of some sort.

It will be a nice place for walkers and cyclists to rest as they tackle the famous Wigan flight.

If this is somewhere for the boat people to stop for a while, I think I would rather stay on the boat in the sunshine…. Unless they need to get their ‘sea legs’ back on dry land…
