Lovely atmospheric photo and they get better has the seasons change .I like the rabbit illusion sat on the garage.
That's a wonderful sight, havent seen a sunset like that in a good while.

I grew up in Swinley but over 50 years ago since I left. My guess is that this is where Holme Avenue meets Green Hayes Avenue at a right angle.
Superb picture capturing the different colours in the shorter end of the spectrum mixed with the cloud. Claude Monet would have been enthralled!

Fabulous sunset, I was told about them during the week but I had already drawn the curtains…
There was something "familiar" about this photo and Owd Reekie nailed it for me....my son used to live in Holme Avenue and I too have a feeling that this is where the houses are. It's a lovely time of year when the days are just beginning to draw out and it is still light at teatime. I can remember from childhood the anticipation of being able to "play out" again after the dark nights of Winter. Lovely photo!
