lovely photo Poet, reminds me of pre Covid days when around this time of year April - May my wife and me would fly out to Spain for a break after the winter months. Both outbound and inbound what a sight to see from above, Yellow fields of Rape seed, Blue fields of Linseed along with all the various other colours of blossom on the trees, made you feel good. Maybe soon we will be able to see those beautiful colours again. Thanks Poet, enjoyed the P-a-D.

Thank you Poet that is a lovely sight to see on a chilly dismal morning.

What a lovely photo, Poet! I have only ever flown once in my life when I went to Greece in 1999, (I am not an "abroad" person and once was enough), but I loved the flight and can remember looking down from the plane as we came back to England and seeing the fields looking like a patchwork quilt of differing colours as Walt has described.

Nothing can beat the sight of acres & acres of yellow rape & the scent on a warm day.....I always open the car window to have a good sniff.
Thanks Poet for the sight, it brightens the spirit on a dull Norfolk day.

Lovely sight, but the council should never have pulled the old Market Hall down. Now that was a sight....

I still think of Dotty and Co on the way to Oz when I see a Poet photo.
Lifts the spirits sky high,
I’m imagining the same sight over in Aspull on the brow of the hill towards Wigan.

Hi Dave, as per usual i knew who had taken the photo before i saw your name, good one !! I'll be seeing it for real in a couple of hours time when i 'drive' down Langtree Hall Lane to the nursery.

Roy , I understand why you've put ' driven' in inverted commas . The Rocky road to Dublin as you call it . You may as well have square wheels .
