A nice picture David , and you've done well to make it so far down the track without encountering the loud but harmless dog . Known locally as Ollerton's farm , here is the pond we fished as lads on PaD May 5th 2020 .

Nice field of Rape ,What is growing to the right of the picture?
I was on my way to Chorley last week and saw this field and was planning to stop on my way back home and take a photo, but I came back via Eccleston so I missed it.
Ollerton's farm at the top of back lane have another field full of rape which looks spectacular viewed from our bedroom window this sunny morning
Only just seen this as we have just got home from the caravan. Bit late for my first view of photo-a-day, but it was worth the wait. What a lovely scene.
Lovely scene and a very good composition. There's another field like this going through Aspull down towards Whelley, I always used to look out for it. You could see for miles at a certain point.
