Nice pick Mick it can't hide very well with ears like that, ain't nature lovely thou.
Peek-a-boo! I see you!
Mick, Great picture! Where was it taken please? I now live in Cypress, Texas which is in the suburbs of Houston. I am fortunate enough to regularly see wild deer, boars, coyotes, armadillos and bobcats! Unfortunately I also see alligators and rattlesnakes. Thank you for posting.
Syntacticmon it was in a field near us.
Is it Batman?
From the ancient hunting wood
She's gone to ground! Watching,
Wondering what to do next!
Listening! Alert for danger
From dogs and Robin Hood
Or Shakespeare...
Slender girly nose probing the air
Ears, in the long grass
Twitching like radar.
Breathing low! Dithering with energy.
Who owns her now since Magna Carta?
Mick's response to Syntacticmon reminds me of a rugby interview 'down under'when one of the English team when asked on TV where he was from replied 'England'.
"We know that mate. Can you be more specific" asked the interviewer.
"Top o Scholes" came the reply.
Interested to no where this location is
I could do with some fresh venison
