We have had Crocus and some Daffs come up but the winds have flattened them.

What an uplifting photo Dave, it gladdens the heart. Its amazing that these delicate flowers can cope with all the snow we have had.

My snowdrops came up about a month ago, they are fading now but the bluebells and whitebells are beginning to grow.

The plural of crocus can be crocuses or croci. The plural of Radius can be radii or radiuses, but the plural of oasis can only be oases.
However you spell it they're still little oases of colour at this time of the year.

A beautiful pic,Spring has almost sprung,I remember Pennington Hall from years ago,it was very well visited, there were lots of photos of Leigh, including some which showed Pennington Flash on both sides of St Helens Rd,the flash was very much bigger in my time.

Wow, what a picture - I’ve just come home from work - the remains of 5’ snow drifts on the roadside, and now pouring with rain,, so what a treat to see this photo. Thanks Dave, certainly lifted my spirits!
