Lovely picture Mick. Truly "in England's green and pleasant land"

A really good photo - shows the Wigan area at its rural best. First glance, I thought it was mid Norfolk!

I like the simplicity and freshness of the green, and it looks like one of the "Little Folk" , (elf, pixie?), is sitting on a branch on the tree on the extreme right of the pic, looking into the water; can anyone else see him? Sorry if this appears twice.....computer playing silly beggars!

I realised what it was, Jim, ....it just LOOKED like a little man. I'm not QUITE "away with the fairies" yet, but getting there. However, I wish it WAS wine-o-clock time! What a miserable afternoon! xx.

I can also see your "little person", Irene, and nary a drop of the good stuff has passed my lips in a couple of days, not even that "medicinal" dose at bedtime!

Trouble is, Veronica, this daft computer is playing up no end and my comments either appear twice or don't appear at all!

Maureen, what a lovely way of looking at life. I agree with you, if you look for magical things, they'll be there.

Thank you Elizabeth..Cliff laughs at some of the things I believe in,but I don't care..that's my philosophy and it hasn't brought me any harm..in fact it enriches it.

Veronica.the double up the other day actually came at a time that was way ahead of itself, if that makes sense.lol
