Another locked gate, this is what us law abiding cyclist have to put up with on our canal bank rides.
Me stuck on one side of the gate and owd Ron stuck on the other, all because of eastern Wigan motorbike riders.
Should have said -you look quite fit must be all that cycling!

DTease it was Ozymandias who advised me to get myself some goggles, they keep the wind and insects out of your eyes and keep you a bit warmer.

I suspect they "steam up" aswell Mick.
Personally, I use a couple of tea strainers Mick. Joined together at the bridge of the nose, then with the handles bent to curve around the ears, I find them quite effective in protecting my eyes from insects and other forms of airborne detritus. And besides, they're much cheaper.
Good idea Mick. I believe the Oozalem Bird used to fly backwards for the same reason.
You are nailed on for a part in Dr Who Mick . Not sure if they would allow your bike on set
though.
