Ken You are right there was one at Grrenough St bridge and one at the bridgr by the Little Theatre Cast Iron construction I suspect they discharged into the Duggy

KenR, the toilet facilities you are thinking of are probably the Gents toilets which were on the bridge over the river on Greenough St itself before re-development, and roughly opposite where the Mercure hotel stands now.
