St. James Church
Photo: Harry Cunliffe (Nikon E7900)
A nice pleasant change.
I was christened at that church 81 years ago. Lovely picture harry.3kkkb
I wonder what those houses views are like now that the trees on the embankment have been cut down
The water is Waddicar's Flash. Scotsman's is the other side of the embankment.Nice pic.
Lovely shot Harry, I must have a wander around that area, it looks interesting,
That would be the old Pemberton line, Harry.
Good photo.
Very nice Harry, who would guess this was only a few minutes walk from Wigan Town Centre?
Thanks for the info John I couldn't find the name of that water. H.

Clear, I should imagine.
A lovely view, the Church stands out and makes the shot.
Nice photo, but what will happen when they finally get round to doing the new road? The trees where chopped down about three years ago!
The new road starts at Goose Green, not here!
