I agree with Stan, looks like its taken from the railway bridge with the Water Drive/Lordy Close estates to the left and the soon to be lost for ever Golf course top right. My question is, how long has this track been there and the buildings it leads to ?

Yes it is taken from the railway footbridge, but I bet you dont know the horses name.
