Ashfield House was built in 1755; named ‘The Fields’, the house was built by Felix Leach the founder of Crawford House business in Wigan.

Its a bit bland, even for my standards i know but i couldnt fit my bike on the hill

Worked in the Clerk's Dept for many years in the 60's.

Played football on those lawns/ raided the orchards there many times. Happy days

Is this still a wedding venue? I remember going to a couple of family weddings there in the 1970's.
