Theyve cleared lot of the trees from the gardens of Kirkless Hall, so now you can get a better view .

This is a Grade 2 listed building.

Have seen this place for sale on various property websites. Grade 2 listing makes it a difficult sell, due to restrictions in modifications and improvements. Hope it has sold - last time I saw internal photos it was looking a bit worse for wear.
There's a passing similarity to Dodds Farm in Aspull, overlooking the edge of Borsdane Wood.
