Having a breather
how unusual ...not a beggar in site!
There seems to be a lack of colour in the centre of the town, some floer planters, hanging baskets might brighten things..but I see & hear the centre is going to be alot more grand....& more bleak in the future.
It looks nice and clean and the Wigan council have placed a bollard over some dangerous tripping obstacle, so well done the council.
There's some red, white and blue going on ....unintentionally patriotic or not.....!
They've probably all retired to Harry's Bar for a liquid lunch Wayne.
The lady at the cash point seems to be drawing someone's attention though.
Thought that cone was Micks hat ?
I can see many colours in this photo..blue, black, green, yellow, orange, white, brown, beige and purple.
Garry, "I could sing a rainbow", if I didn't have a voice like a cinder stuck under a door!
' a cinder stuck under a door ', I like that one Irene, I'll have to try to remember that one for future reference.
A great phrase Irene - a cinder stuck under a door. Like Ozymandias I'll retain that one for future reference!
As will I!
Good picture,by the way.
Eeeeh thet gooin' back neaw Irene ...hast thy getten a cowl fire us well as yon mon Garry?
Ha ha I like it, Veronica.
Aye, Veronica, an' ah likes a drop o' sherry like yon mon too! (How DAFT are we?!). But it's nice to have a bit of fun! x.
