That's great. Goes a little way to compensate for the loss of greenery due to people tarmacing over their front gardens. Can the public get access up there?

Unfortunately it doesn't compensate for the ugly sign the Council have stuck above the entrance to the G.A.
Why does virtually everything that goes up look like a 3 year old has created it?In my humble opininion....hideous

I cant believe until i could see it. I too would like to know if member's of the public can go up and take in the view.
