A blot on the landscape! Well abandoned by the ad agency.
Even "Uncle Sam" looks displeased. Tidied up, this would make an ideal vehicle for a local "Banksy".

That Uncle Sam has been on that hoarding for what seems like years, every time I go by a bit more seems to have dropped off.

typical of wigan council,will let companys let there advertising boards get into this statea as long as they pay rent for the plot being used,would be a differant matter if it belong to you or i.
