Ingenious piece of carpentry...a welcome respite for many a weary walker...Handy to see the base fashioned into a rubbish bin!
I hate to see trees cut down, but if they can then serve another purpose like this it doesn't seem so bad.
Onlly short of a few cushions! Very clever idea!
The US forestry service manage vast areas of forest land in the USA, they are always re-planting after they clear cut areas.
One of their promotional leafets points out that trees are one of the few renewable resources one the planet.
I'd love to be sat on that seat enjoying a spring day :-)
A good example of recycling. It is easy to see that one tree is a bench, but I thought the other was a commode.maybe it's just my quirky sense of humour.
