Long-tailed tit
Photo: Dave (Oy) (Nikon D800 with Nikon 300mm F/4 AF-S)
Well bless his little cotton socks! He's all puffed up to keep warm.--was it cold?
What a little beauty, well done
Dave. Not belong before it's Spring, and Easter's early this year.
That is absolutely beautiful Dave.
Another to your collection, Dave very nice.
I love seeing these birds with their pink chests I think if you take their tail out of the measure they have the smallest body of any British bird. You usually see them going around in small flocks about 200 or so moving from one garden tree etc to another over a wide range. We have lived in our current house 19 years. About 12 years ago looked out of my front window and the Rowan (Wiggin) tree in the front garden was absloutely full of them. I've never seen them in our garden again ut from time to time see a small flock of them in various trees around our village but never for more than a few hours and then they move on.
Lovely, Dave.
Beautiful!
Lovely - our favourite garden visitor(s) - they sweep through in a flock every now and again.
Well taken, too.
He looks so alert and intelligent!
A cracking shot of one of my favourite birds.
A beautiful photo of a beautiful bird.
Well done Dave (Oy).
Keep 'em coming...
Dave, your bird photographs are truly magnificent and a joy to see. Thank you
Thanks all :)
