Hazy Wigan
Love it !
you are good Mick, said so before !
Why are the buildings all leaning over?
love the layers fading away
Good photo. Years ago the mist/fog would have been put down to the Dark, Satanic Mills.
I like this, it has the atmosphere of a Lowry painting about it.
Very good monochrome picture to have a go at painting!
Nice one Harold, really good! You've captured the leaning chimney at Eckersleys Mills very well.
I agree about the Lowry look; I had just typed that when I spotted that A.W. had already done so.
I could turn this into a water-colour! Good composition!
Is All Saints Church clock showing 10 past 10, Mick? lol (P-a-D 11th Jan. 2016).
Will that be St. Michael`s Church just above trees on right?
That domed building in the centre could be St. Paul's cathedral,.....if it was bigger.....and with a taller spike on top......and in London.
I like this, England as I remember it.
Helen; Love your comment too-very apt.
